I created The Space to Thrive for people just like you...
It was during the phase of my career as CEO of a franchise business that I realised much of the leadership teaching out there wasn't able to cope with the complexities of decentralised structures that give people the space to do their best work. As a Gay Man recovering from Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I couldn't see leadership teaching that had inclusion, healing and collaboration at its centre.
In 2016 I set about on a mission to bring the science and art of this Awakening leadership to life. These teaching are central to decentralised, just and sustainable organisations that are able to fully contribute to a better working world.
